Quick Tip 1: Listening

If you’ve been a super star salesperson, you were probably a good listener and that is a must have skill for a sales manager.  Your team members need to know that you care, that you are interested in them and that they have your full attention.  When you sincerely listen you’re showing them respect. By listening you make them feel comfortable and important.  This is a positive message which cements respect all the way around.
